Job Description

·        Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.

·        Prospecting: Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.

·        Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.

·        Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.

·        Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.

·        Proposal Development: Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.

·        Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.

·        Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage customer loyalty and secure repeat business.

·        Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the CCTV market.
Job Requirement
Qualifications and Experience:

·        Education: A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.

·        Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the IT industry

·        Preferred knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.

·        Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.

·        Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' security needs and propose appropriate solutions.

·        Networking: A well-developed professional network within the security industry is beneficial.

·        Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring the company's profitability.

·        Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

·        Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

·        Experience in the SaaS solution selling (CRM, cloud ACS/VMS) is big plus
