Job Description

We are looking for a technical support specialist with excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.

As a technical support specialist, you will provide technical support, advice, and assistance to consumers and businesses with technical, hardware, and software system problems.

Responsible for day-to-day diagnostic/repair for monitor.
Monitor setup and other device configuration include Window/MacOS.
Able to work independently to diagnose and troubleshoot the issue onsite and provide solutions to customer when required.
Able to carry heavy loads, when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by his/her immediate superior and/or manager.
Job Requirement
Singapore Class 3 driving license will be an advantage
Willingness to perform overtime work when required
Possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in IT, Electronics or equivalent.
