Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
​- Performs general clerical duties such as data entry, filing and updating of information
- Support the department in carrying out day-to-day administrative duties
- Liaise with customers and other 3rd party dealers with paper work
- Ensure that all paper work are all in order
- Processing of Loan Documents
- Preparing charts of rate for interal and external sales
- Responsible for preparation of monthly reports
- Responding to email, phone queries, acknowledge orders etc
- Prepare documents for accounting purposes
- To be responsible with task allocated within the timeline
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned
Job Requirement
- Minimum ‘O’ Level, Diploma or equivalent
- Good with calculations
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Training will be provided
- With experience prefered (without experience are also welcome)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
