Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Secretariat work for Institute of Public Relations (IPR) inaugural international research conference.
- Contact person for conference enquiries.
- Coordinate abstract submissions, conference papers, activities and events.
- Running of the inaugural international conference.
Job Requirement
- Degree with strong project management and administrative skills.
- Mature personality with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- High proficiency in MS Office suite of applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Prior event planning and coordination experience would be advantageous.
- Independent and able to work in a complex environment with internal and external staff members at all levels.
- Diligent worker who is organized, thorough and a good team player.
- Superior public relations skill.
