Build and grow online presence, including management and maintenance of online store for premium concepts, collaborations and social media strategy aligned to company direction
Manage Customers’ Engagements online including products, sales and any other enquiries
Assist in / Develop quarterly marketing plan and manage digital marketing campaigns
Write and optimize content for content for the website and on social media, and attain key performance indicators for both
Continually work on SEO efforts, with website is on the first page of our star products keywords search
Weekly internal reports to measure performance of digital marketing efforts
Gathering market and customer information; feeding future buying trends for new product development
Develop, support, and execute social media strategies to build brand awareness and positive reputation through content creation and message development.
Support in the development of all creative designs and layouts for offline and online marketing content and collaterals (e.g. social media posts, blog writeups, EDMs, company profile, company factsheet, below-the-line brochures, including data presentation in the form of infographics).
Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of community engagement activities and site events and provide support to events management, such as administrative tasks, operations and logistics.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
