Job Description

Job Duties:
Assist the Logistics Manager (Admin) in Email Monitoring, Communication with Customers.
Assist in Marking Creation based on Email Instructions
Timely application of Import and Export Permit
Assist in the administration and documentation of the department, ensuring all procedures are met through proper recording, filing and safekeeping of documents.
Adhere to company guidelines regarding spares and stock handling, shipping and receiving.
Assist to ensure the billings and invoices are generated and sent in a timely manner.
Ensure all arrival and dispatch notices are sent out to vessel owners in a timely manner.
Ensure all safety standards and procedures are in compliance with approved standards.
Job Requirement
Location: Changi
Working hours: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
