Job Description

Job Scope :

deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
respond promptly to customer inquiries
handle and resolve customer complaints
obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
provide pricing and delivery information
process orders, forms, applications and requests
keep records of customer interactions and transactions
record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
maintain customer databases
manage administration
communicate and coordinate with internal departments
follow up on customer interactions
Provide support to Customer Service & Sales team
Job Requirement
Min GCE ’O’ Levels with 5 credit pass including English
Candidates from Healthcare industry is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidates who can start immediately is welcomed
knowledge of relevant computer applications
ability to type
knowledge of administrative procedures
numeric, oral and written language applications
Good interpersonal skills & communication skills - verbal and written
Good listening skills, problem analysis and problem-solving skills
attention to detail and accuracy
customer service orientation
Good adaptability & initiatives
Good stress tolerance
