Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
High level meeting coordination & calendar management including scheduling of meetings, set-up of video conferences in multiple time zones, preparing PPT presentations, taking meeting minutes, follow-up on project deadlines etc.
Handles confidential documents where required - maintain and organize filing system for all documents and contracts
Responsible for raising and tracking Purchase Orders in PO System for all business expenses in timely manner
Assisting in Corporate and Business Development projects
Work closely with the Office Team to provide support for various Office Management & Facilities Management projects
Job Requirement
Highly organized and able to work in a dynamic environment
Self-starter and independent with initiative
Possesses good critical thinking & interpersonal communication skills
Good command of English & Mandarin
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook
May be required to travel
University candidates preferred, no experience required welcomed to apply
