The Role
At HelloHolo, our mission is to build and nurture Singapore’s immersive media ecosystem, enabling people to be able to leverage on immersive media to achieve their various objectives and operations. We are looking for passionate and driven developers who want to create immersive experiences on a variety of innovative platforms and be exposed to the world of extended reality.
Your work will be focused on the Microsoft HoloLens 2 where you will be developing applications on the Windows Mixed Reality platform. You will also have ample opportunities to be exposed to the Mixed Reality ecosystem – a rapidly emerging scene in the world of immersive media and technology.
You will be tasked with the following:
• Work alongside our mixed reality artists and developers to conceptualise, ideate and bring to life mixed reality experiences through the development of applications
• Develop, debug and refine the core application features of our in-house frameworks
• Contribute to challenging and fast-paced industry projects
• Provide technical insights, solution demonstrations and guidance to our sales team
• Conduct developer training courses to our clients as and when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Immersive media is defined by the various technologies that attempt to replicate the physical world through digital simulations and interactions; Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and Mixed Reality (MR) are examples of immersive media all falling under the umbrella term “Extended Reality” (XR). A rapidly growing market, these technologies have slowly become popular features in various applications and experiences, such as Instagram Face Filters, Pokémon GO, and more. In an age where engagement is becoming ever-so important, immersive media technologies can potentially allow for engaging experiences, effective training, efficient operations and more.
