The candidate will get to interact and work with colleagues from all over the world—in person, or virtually, and be involved in a diverse range of interesting activities with the fundamental objective of keeping employees interested, informed, and updated on company matters.
The MARCOM Executive must possess the necessary expertise to effectively communicate and connect with people from all over Asia Pacific, as he/she will be the key person providing internal communications support for the region.
•Planning and implementing internal communications strategy to provide effective communication of relevant corporate information to employees and stakeholders.
•Ideate and produce content to help align the organization’s goals with the engagement employees, including planning, writing, editing and laying out content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a the company’s intranet, quarterly newsletters and regular email communications.
•Contribute to employee job satisfaction by developing/implementing/project managing a range of internal communication activities.
