Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning
- Run company’s errands as needed
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Help out with work from the HR department, such as recruitment
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
Job Requirement
- You are You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents
- Working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- You must be proficient in English in terms of speech and writing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn
- Organising and scheduling appointments
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Minimum commitment of 3 months
