Human Resource Intern

We are the leading ethical recruitment company for migrant workers in Singapore and have already helped thousands of domestic workers to get a job for free (no salary deduction, no placement fee).

Key Roles and Responsibilities
We fully cover the cost of the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI), which opens the door to the HR industry.
Guide clients through the hiring journey, advise them on their legal rights and obligations (work permit applications, employment contracts, insurance policies) in compliance with Employment Act and MOM regulations
Keep in regular contact with the team to ensure a smooth process, liaising with the Ministry of Manpower and other third-party organisations
Supporting families throughout the period of employment to ensure the well-being of all parties in a professional manner
Being the main point of contact between the client, the helper and the company to ensure a professional service

Polytechnic/Undergraduate student pursuing a diploma/degree in Business or Social Sciences
Required language(s): English, and a second language (to liaise with our clients)
Service oriented and friendly disposition
Good interpersonal skills, independent & positive working attitude
Possess initiative, proactive and able to multi-task
Keen to handle incoming calls, emails and phone inquiries
Available for at least 6 months would be advantageous
You have to be residing in Singapore with eligible documents preferred

Salary: Up to *** per month depending on experience + bonus Days and Hours: 5 days per week from 9am to 6pm
