Job Description

  • Support ongoing operations and functioning of IT systems.
  • Assist in the operation of the customer's IT processes and provide customer support when required.
  • Configure, manage and maintain software including all peripherals, implement backup processes and assess the system for upgrades.
  • After-hours on-call support for critical problem resolution.
  • Work with the application developers and system analysts to resolve application problems.
  • Induct and train users in IT applications, advice, and educate users on IT basic procedure/knowledge.
  • Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Provide and maintain documentation for all systems.
  • Undertake any other duties in relation to your job scope as assigned by your Manager from time to time.
Job Requirement
  • Have at least 1 year of working experience in IT Operations.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Good analytical problem-solving skills with an innovative approach to providing solutions.
  • Competent at documenting standard/ applications operating procedures, processes, and work instruction.
  • Ability to balance day-to-day operations with administrative tasks.
