Primary Role
The Banquet Sales Executive establishes sales, plans, organizes, directs and co-ordinates the overall banquet sales and operations as well as maintaining quality standards in a manner consistent with the Club's standard. The incumbent is responsible for achieving the sales budget and net profit.

Meet host(s) of events and ensure all arrangements and requirements are catered as per requirements
Possess thorough knowledge of room set-up, value added services, menus and beverage lists to make recommendations and increase sales
Liaises with kitchen and banquet operations on daily operations of the various functions
Establish new sales contracts and maintains contracts with established clients
Achieve foretasted sales
Job Requirement
Minimum GCE O levels with 3 years in F&B operations and sales
Possess strong people skills, excellent presentation, oral and written communication
Comfortable with interacting with people of all levels
A positive and excellent team player who is able to multi-task and able to maintain tight datelines
