Esmond Service Centre (Singapore) is Hiring.
We are one of Singapore Largest IT Repair Service Centre (Laptop/Computer/Mobile Phone Repair) | Current MSI Authorised Service Partner.

Training will be provided to conduct simple troubleshooting and advise customer accordingly

Job Scope:
* Handle inbound Phone call
* Replying of Emails / WhatsApp / answering of phone call
* Daily follow up with customer and handling of payments
* Daily update on Social Media (FaceBook / Instagram / TitTok / Goolge Business)
* Merchandising Store Display for customer convenience
* Attend walk-in customer
* Provide administrative support
* Any adhoc admin duties

Working Hours:
* 10:00am - 8:00pm (Monday - Friday)
* 10:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday)

Working Location ( Must be able to work in either location )

* Alexandra Retail Centre (ARC)

Salary Range: S$2200 - S$2500 + Monthly Incentive + AWS
Job Requirement
* Minimum 1 to 2 Years Experience required
* Excellent Customer Service skills
* Enjoy meeting new people
* Knowledge in MS Office, Words and PowerPoint
* Knowledge in Google Docs / Sheets
* Handle All Customer Inquires and Complains
* Knowledge of pasting Glass Protector on Mobile phone and tablets is a plus point
