We are a global company quickly expanding to new markets and are looking for a high energy Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team!
As a Sales and Business Development Representative at GradGreenhouse, you will:
Business Development and Sales - To source new business for the company
- research prospective customers, create customized outreach strategies and identify sales opportunities
- conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers to identify and articulate how GradGreenhouse can help them meet their needs
- demonstrate the GradGreenhouse platform for prospective customers, field questions and requests and act as liaison between prospective customers and GradGreenhouse
- enlist the help of team members where necessary to secure new clients
- achieve the set agreed sales goals across all disciplines
Account Management - To keep close to the Company’s existing key accounts/business contacts
- ensure they are satisfied with the service they receive and are not under any threat from our competitors or dissatisfaction with our performance
- work in partnership with Client Success Manager to ensure we are seen as value-added supplier of choice for existing clients
- ensure all customer requests and issues are dealt with in a professional, timely and acceptable manner, enlisting assistance throughout the company were necessary
