We are a global company quickly expanding to new markets and are looking for a high energy Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team!
As a Sales and Business Development Representative at GradGreenhouse, you will:

Business Development and Sales - To source new business for the company
  • research prospective customers, create customized outreach strategies and identify sales opportunities
  • conduct exploratory conversations with potential customers to identify and articulate how GradGreenhouse can help them meet their needs
  • demonstrate the GradGreenhouse platform for prospective customers, field questions and requests and act as liaison between prospective customers and GradGreenhouse
  • enlist the help of team members where necessary to secure new clients
  • achieve the set agreed sales goals across all disciplines
Account Management - To keep close to the Company’s existing key accounts/business contacts
  • ensure they are satisfied with the service they receive and are not under any threat from our competitors or dissatisfaction with our performance
  • work in partnership with Client Success Manager to ensure we are seen as value-added supplier of choice for existing clients
  • ensure all customer requests and issues are dealt with in a professional, timely and acceptable manner, enlisting assistance throughout the company were necessary
Job Requirement
  • A strong track record of high achievement in previous roles;
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to source, connect and grow existing accounts
  • A strong track record in customer service, account management and/or support services
  • Understanding the client’s needs/issues/requests and ensure they are met in a professional and timely manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong communication skills are key
  • Previous successful sales experience OR a strong desire to begin a sales career
  • Able to operate successfully in a rapidly changing, ambiguous and less defined environment
  • Outstanding time management & organisational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive, innovative and creative and take the initiative to get things done
  • Positive attitude; willing to learn, self-motivated and persistent
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once; flexible and self-sufficient
  • Ability and desire to work in fast-paced, challenging environment with great colleagues
  • Curiosity, integrity, sense of humor and collaborative and solution-oriented approach
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Preferred but not required:
  • CRM/Hubspot experience
  • Previous SaaS sales experience in which you demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Higher education or education technology experience
