As the Account Executive/Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for client accounts, ensuring overarching client needs are being met, and look for opportunities to grow the business with existing or new clients.
You Get To
· Participate in internal brand strategy development and ideation
· Lead a portfolio of accounts and manage day to day client communication
· Understand client’s business and objectives; input strategically to develop creative briefs, and ensuring both parties’ needs/objectives are met
· Develop and drive clients’ projects/campaigns across the full marketing mix, ensuring success execution from concept to delivery
· Develop and build relationship with clients, be the trusted advisor on account requirements
· Identify ways to grow client accounts through new business opportunities, and anticipation of client needs
· Manage the overall budget and profitability of a client
· Develop strong collaboration with internal creative team and external suppliers/partners to deliver the projects/campaigns according to project schedule, plans and budgets
· Keep a strong pulse on industry news and relevant category trends
· Work with the team on competitive reporting and analysis
· Ensure projects/campaigns are tracked and measured based on agreed KPIs and goals
· Manage the work and performance of team members
