Traineeship Description:
This position entails mainly preparation and finalisation of full set of accounts for our clients and implementation of cloud-based accounting software and compliance matters for private limited companies. no experience required with zero experience is welcome, we provide training to get you up to speed so long as you are willing to learn and value the above must have skills and good attitude.

Specific Responsibilities:
Trainee to be involved in:
1. Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
2. Prepare and record entries by  compiling and analyzing accounts information for the month-end close
3. Maintain and balance the general  ledger and sub-ledger accounts
4. Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliation
5.  Performing all aspects of the day-to-day financial and management accounting functions
6. Update daily bank receipts and prepare bank reconciliation
7. Prepare payment vouchers, cheque payment issuance and staff claim
8. Prepare debtors aging and intercompany matrix
9. Prepare tax computation and Form
10. Prepare quarterly GST returns
11. Assist in corporate secretarial compliances
12. Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned

2. Every day, engage in the processing of  accounts receivables, payables etc.) and learn firsthand about basic accounting practices and more. Refine your knowledge, apply what you’ve  learnt in school, and become a sharper, more efficient accountant before you  take on full time job(role).
3. Learn to better streamline accounting  workflow. Become a more efficient and innovative professional - not just someone who does the bare minimum.

Job Requirement
1. Polytechnic Diploma in finance/accounting / LCCI level 2 minimum
2. Meticulous, analytical and organised individual with initiative.
3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines.

Up to 6 months with potential to convert to full time
