We’re looking for empathetic rockstars to join our growing Concierge team to manage our subscriber and partner relationships. The role is a 360-degree customer-facing role where you will truly own the customer’s journey with Carzuno - from signup to onboarding to delivery to after-sales support.
ResponsibilitiesBe part of the team to develop Carzuno into the #1 car subscription company in Singapore
Strive to provide best in class support through voice/ WhatsApp / email support
Be the first point of contact for subscribers and partners and address any inquiries
Collaborate with existing fleet partners on pricing and manage stock inventory
Manage ongoing communication and regular updates with fleet partners
Drive growth for Carzuno by helping convert any leads to active subscribers by handholding them through the subscriber’s customer journey
Troubleshoot issues for subscribers and partners of Carzuno
Be vigilant to spot risks, security, or fraud issues throughout the contact with the concerned user and alert management as required
Gather feedback from subscribers, observe front-line issues such as application failure, payment issues, etc. and alert management as required
Build knowledge about Carzuno and the automotive industry and aim for continuous improvements
Monitor competitive landscape
Monitor ROI and KPIs
