Responsibilities
● Work closely with the CEO, Sales and Product teams to support our clients in deriving great joy in using the platform
● Be a point of communication between the clients and the Tech team for matters pertaining to tech issues or feature requests
● Carry out friction-free onboarding and implementation of each client’s SmartUp community; such as setting up user accounts and carrying out content duplication.
● Manage support desk tickets and continuously build FAQ guides.
● Manage client renewals and ensure timely contracting and invoicing
Job Requirement
Skills & Qualifications
● Interest in startups, especially B2B SaaS startups
● Prior internship experience in managing stakeholders at different levels of an organization is preferred
● Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (PC) or Keynote (Mac), as well as great skills in creating visually compelling presentations
● Excellent communicator. Interactions with people should energize you!
● Possess initiative and a high degree of independence
● Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability

This role is not for the faint-hearted.
