Tradex Systems is a Singapore based IT company specializing in financial trading technologies. We are looking for a candidate interested in client service and relationship management. We welcome anyone who has interested in Fin-tech industry and has eager to learn new knowledge, including entry-level candidates, to apply.Responsibilities:
- Manage prospective business via conference call, e-mail, customer meetings and conference exhibition.
- Assist Regional Sales Manager to write correspondence and proposals and effectively presenting information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
- Build up and maintain a good relationship with our global partners and sales channels
- Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s existing marketing channels, such as the company’s Website, Wechat account, Linkedin, etc.
- Work closely with Tradex China Team to support clients across the globe.
- Ensure the best quality of the services has been delivered to the clients throughout pre-communications, incident progression and investigations.
- Provide documentation, feedback, and recommendations to our development team for in-house monitor tool and APIs connection enhancement.
- Any other duties as assigned by the management
