Overview:

Tradex Systems is a Singapore based IT company specializing in financial trading technologies. We are looking for a candidate interested in client service and relationship management. We welcome anyone who has interested in Fin-tech industry and has eager to learn new knowledge, including entry-level candidates, to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage prospective business via conference call, e-mail, customer meetings and conference exhibition.
  • Assist Regional Sales Manager to write correspondence and proposals and effectively presenting information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Build up and maintain a good relationship with our global partners and sales channels
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s existing marketing channels, such as the company’s Website, Wechat account, Linkedin, etc.
  • Work closely with Tradex China Team to support clients across the globe.
  • Ensure the best quality of the services has been delivered to the clients throughout pre-communications, incident progression and investigations.
  • Provide documentation, feedback, and recommendations to our development team for in-house monitor tool and APIs connection enhancement.
  • Any other duties as assigned by the management
Job Requirement
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent education background, outstanding Entry Level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service, account management or marketing will be an advantage.
  • strong communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong analytical and proactive mindset in problem-solving, especially when it is time-sensitive and under pressure.
  • Prior experience in IT software be preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates).
  • Customer-oriented and has a willingness to learn.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, self-driven.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of commodity financial products, or experience in sales, broking, or trading in global listed exchange futures, options, commodities OTC derivatives market will be an advantage.
  • Experience in application and functional support across the trading system in a production environment will be a bonus.
