Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
This is a team-player position, with the primary role being responsible for the full spectrum of employee mobilisation to assigned workplaces and application and renewal of work passes and travel permits for employees. In your secondary role, you will support HR functions such as Recruitment and Training & Development.

Coordinate and work closely with all relevant parties, including the hiring departments, overseas offices, agents and authorities, to mobilise employees to local/overseas workplaces
Collate and submit employees’ documents, such as qualifications, medical reports and good conduct certificates etc, to relevant bodies for the purpose of attestation, legalization and work/travel visa applications
Prepare employment contracts, assignment letters and financial arrangement forms for employees being assigned to overseas project sites
Monitor and update employees’ mobilisation status and progress
Responsible for the application and on-time renewal of work passes for new/existing foreign employees based in Singapore head office
Issue company letters to employees to support and facilitate their applications for travel visa, permanent residence or for any other purposes
Provide support to employees with regards to COVID-19 entry and exit requirements
Liaise with MOM and ICA with regards to work pass and immigration matters
Stay abreast of project countries’ labour and immigration legislations and share information with Recruitment Team about changes in travel regulations and visa application requirements
Handle matters pertaining to repatriation of employees
Assist in onboarding process and participate in HR programmes and initiatives for recruitment, employee engagement, training, etc
Undertake ad hoc tasks being assigned from time to time
Job Requirement
Diploma in any discipline, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
Proactive team player and fast learner
Creative, resourceful and possess problem-solving aptitude
Meticulous with excellent planning and coordinating skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High degree of discretion to handle confidential information
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
