The role
We are looking for a passionate and well-rounded Marketing & Communications Strategist to join us in growing a contemporary fashion and lifestyle brand.

  • Work with the team to structure and create effective launch campaigns through a range of marketing functions (press, promotions, EDMs, social media, digital ads, events)
  • Oversee, plan, strategise and conceptualise marketing calendar
  • Oversee existing E-Comm channel and off-line retail performance, and continuously grow our reach through marketing initiatives
  • Plan and execute online and on-site marketing initiatives to drive revenue and establish new strategic partnerships for the brand
  • Work alongside our team to conceptualise and create social media & digital content
  • Create seasonal press release and kit that aligns with the brand positioning, tonality and persona
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners in the community such as media partners, industry leaders, KOL, networking groups and community members
  • Consolidating data across channels for detailed analysis and recommendations
Job Requirement
  • Applicant should obtain a degree/major related to Marketing & Communications and have previous marketing related work experience of a minimum of 3 years.
  • Proficient in performance marketing discipline including experience in executing & optimizing campaigns across search engines, display, social media using programmatic, remarketing, behavioural targeting etc.
  • Experience in CRM campaign management and execution will be a bonus
  • Detailed and extremely thorough in every aspect of the planning process
  • Some photography experience will be advantageous
  • Have excellent communication skills in fashion writing.
  • Knowledge of using digital advertising platforms and tools (Facebook, Instagram, Google) will be a bonus

  • Good eye for design, aesthetical sensibility and passionate to be in a fashion design environment
  • Strong growth mindset and keeping positive work attitude under pressure
