We are looking for exceptional and strategic individual(s) to grow our client’s corporate finance delivery team. As they head towards their next phase of growth and expansion, he/she will be a member of a fast growing dynamic team. You will be advising fast growing businesses and their founders / management in Asia, Europe and globally considering a range of transactions including MBO’s, acquisitions, M&A, disposals and growth capital funding predominantly in the $5M to $500M deal size range. Reporting directly to a Partner, this role will work closely with our key partners, clients and other stakeholders in APAC and Europe.

This role will:
· be the central day to day point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction
· need to understand and take ownership of key aspects of a transaction including drafting of Information Memoranda, modelling and project management/deal execution
· lead the interaction between client senior management, internal stakeholders to derive value adding solutions for our partners / clients
This position is for one of our clients

Key Responsibilities:
• Attending initial client meetings with client senior teams and their external stakeholders
• In conjunction with the Partners/Directors advising clients on the commercial implications of transactions, challenging decisions made where necessary
• Assisting with bespoke solutions which could include private equity, debt advisory, capital market mandates & advice, valuation, trade sale and/or acquisition
• Preparing high-quality and detailed documents for major deals including the Executive summary ready for Partner review
• Leading the preparation of all key financial analysis of target businesses (from historic, forecast and budget data)
• Preparing data requests and leading Q&A sessions with target businesses
• Providing significant input into the drafting of financial due diligence reports and identification of key issues
• Supporting the preparation of Due Diligence scopes and proposals and other business development activities

· Manage a growing team of finance professionals spread across various countries
· Become the “go to person” internally and with clients for any corporate finance related matters
· Confident, independent and adaptable to drive end to end client growth

Job Requirement
Qualifications and Skills:
· Degree-educated, ACA or ACCA qualified or equivalent
· 2 years + experience in a Corporate Finance or Transaction Services role which must include managing Due Diligence assignments
· Ability to demonstrate an awareness of how corporate deals are structured, the processes and issues involved and be comfortable dealing with business owners and senior client representatives
· Data-driven to your core. If you don't love data and understanding what the numbers are, what affects them and how you can achieve them, this role is not for you
· Extremely results-driven and execution-focused, motivated and entrepreneurial
· Ability to deliver best-in-class work quality
· Ability to own outcomes and make things happen with a strong sense of urgency
· Excellent communication skills is a must both written and verbal
· Positivity and people-centricity. Driven by a desire to make a significant positive impact with high levels of integrity and consistency as well as dependability
· Eye for detail and accuracy
· Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving and to juggle multiple tasks
