Job Description:
  • Conceptualisation and development of creative content across all media platforms
  • Creative flair in conceptualising, proposing and executing designs for marketing, web, print and event production (set design and exhibition)
  • Development of branding book and branding guidelines.
  • Assist in project planning, Web / App design and development (experience with UI / UX would be an advantage)
  • Perform quality checks from production to execution stages with strong logistics & technical knowledge
  • Creation and production of company's IP content series.
  • Creation and production of webinars, podcasts, interviews and to provide support for virtual events.
  • Creation of short form video suitable for social and website, customer case studies, gifs, and more.
  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcement videos, external promotional social videos, product marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects.
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to establish project deliverables.
  • Required to provide creative and graphic to support sales proposals, marketing and promotional activities
  • Understanding of multimedia technology and process of researching latest trends
  • Passionate and ability to think and work out of the box

  • Ability to work on projects with minimum supervision and self motivated with a strong desire to deliver successful outcomes
  • Accomplishes art department work requirements by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching employees.
  • Execute design work according to client/project brief.
  • Meet creative department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
  • Meet creative department cost standards by monitoring expenses; implementing cost-saving actions.
  • Formulate creative concepts
  • Maintain communication with team
  • Conduct review on illustrative material for presentation.
  • Review project production in accordance to budget, background information, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques.
  • Select and secure illustrative material by formulating basic layout design concept; conducting research.
  • Produce illustrative material support
  • Prepare layouts for printing by marking-up, pasting-up, and finishing layouts.
  • Obtain client approval by presenting final layouts, story boards, and illustrations; responding to client commentary and requests.
  • Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Enhances creative department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Job Requirement
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Coordination, Creativity, Vision, Project Management, Product Management, Organization, Graphic Design Skills, Developing Creative Standards, Illustration Tools, Desktop Publishing Skills, Multimedia Content Development
  • Minimum 4 years of industry experience. Relevant events industry experience preferred.
