The client is a start-up based in Singapore. They are trying to create a platform for companies to hire talent easily through a speed interviewing format. The product has gone live and are billing clients in the government space & higher education sectors in Singapore and Canada!
They are looking for a Customer Success Manager who could journey alongside us on this milestone. You will work directly with the founding team and experience first-hand what it is like to build a start-up from scratch. The person will also be joining us on pitches as well as client presentations, and for pitch events all over Asia, Covid travels permitting of course. The role starts off as a traineeship with a view to convert as a permanent staff. So candidates must be already based in Singapore now.
  • Business Development:
  • Build sales lead pipeline for end clients and establish channel sales pipeline across key markets across Asia. Target clients include Indeed, Spotify, Apple, and Google. Markets of interest include Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia & Vietnam.
  • Craft sales pitch decks & tailored product demos following client’s needs.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Account management:
  • Engage & maintain a strong, long-term relationship with all existing clients.
  • Manage client accounts and respond to inquiries in an effective manner.
  • Marketing & Event Support:
  • Building marketing strategy and manage daily social media activities.
  • Create lead generation programs. Drafting sales email and manage email campaign activities.
  • Set up and manage advertising campaigns, a bonus if you have experience using Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Tailor briefing deck and conduct dry run sessions with employers & job seekers prior to the interview events to ensure all participants are familiar with the Hireplace Speed Interview interface.
  • Manage the live chat support channel during event hours. Respond to job seekers, employers & event organizers inquiries in a timely & accurate manner.
Job Requirement
  • A can-do attitude most of all!
  • Business/ Marketing/ Entrepreneurship disciplines
  • Bonus if you have experience using basic design tools like Canva.
  • Highly self-motivated and unafraid of being hands-on
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken)
