Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the company directors, candidate will oversee the Account Management team and actively be involved in new pitches as well as the planning of growth strategies for the agency
  • Maintain client relationships for selected key accounts to ensure smooth execution of specific projects daily, as well as identify opportunities for growth of the accounts
  • Opportunity to gain leadership skills and mentor a small team of Account Executives to overcome day-to-day challenges in relation to timeline or client management
  • Digest client briefs and effectively communicate deliverables to creatives while adhering to project timelines
  • Maintain social media ad expenditure for selected accounts and assist with strategic ad buying on behalf of clients based on campaign objectives
  • Analyse social media performance indicators and prepare monthly reports. Present results and findings to clients upon request.
Job Requirement
  • Experience in a creative agency or digital marketing role (Min. 1 year for Account Executive, Min. 2 years for Account Manager)
  • Passionate about social media, content creation and latest social trends
  • High level of attention to detail and well-organised
  • Driven and motivated individual with a desire to develop a career in Advertising industry
