Job Description
To support our growth plans, Invicta Technologies seek to hire a collaborative, dynamic and results-driven individual to join us as an IT Sales and Services Executive.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Build and sell customised gaming PCs.
Provide diagnosis and technical support for troubleshooting hardware, software and other IT-related requests from customers.
Attend to walk-in customers’ enquires; respond promptly to enquiries via phone calls, text messages and online platforms.
Provide PC knowledge and advice to customers when there are IT-related issues with our customised PCs.
Maintain Point-of-Sale system, IT inventory records and simple admin paperwork (such as tracking of RMA stock returns to and from supplier).
Responsible for any other duties that may be assigned.
Job Requirement
Requirements:
· Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Information Technology-related or equivalent
· At least 1 year of experience in the related field is preferred
· Experienced in technical support for desktops, laptops, network servers and systems
· Self-motivated, adaptive and with strong problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
· Good interpersonal and customer service skills
· Positive learning attitude
