Our client is a reputable MNC that specialized in global transport and logistics - road, air, sea, rail freight and warehousing. They are looking for an HR assistant (3-months contract) to be part of the team.

Data entry into Excel, HR systems, simple reporting
Conduct simple induction for new hires – introducing basic HR policies
Prepare HR documents, Process staff badge, Work pass processing & filing
Scheduling interviews & Training admin support
Job Requirement
Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field with at least 2 years of HR experience.
Proficient with MS Office

Other Information:
Location : Changi
Working days : 5 days, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm
Salary : Up till S$1,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
