LIVE Sales Administrator - The Opportunity
We are looking for a LIVE Administrator with excellent coordination skills. The LIVE Administrator plays the vital role in supporting the Social Media Live Sales Team; hence, we need an on-the-ball person to provide administrative support to our LIVE Seller to ensure she is well supported in the entire sales process.
The LIVE Administrator works closely with the LIVE Seller and the Logistic team members. The role involves Inventory administration and Customer Services such as
1) Receiving Goods
2) Stock Take
3) Updating inventory records i.e., create new product code, packing and labelling samples etc.
4) Attending to Customer enquiries during LIVE Sessions i.e., price, product details, delivery etc
5) AD-HOC Post Sales Administrative Duties when required.What You'll Learn
