This is a 6-months contract to perm role supporting the marketing team on e-commerce and development of other channel presence for Porcelain. The incumbent will also be exposed to learn about branch operations, client relations management and other support functions during the initial 6 months.Responsibilities & Duties:
Manage and maintain company’s eCommerce platform to drive business improvement and efficiency
Identify opportunities for channel growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share
Identifying channels and liaising with respective parties on channel expansion
Drive e-commerce business across channels and markets
Devise strategic marketing plans to drive company’s eCommerce sales
Use data from eCommerce platform and other sources to track conversion rates and understand impact of marketing campaigns
Build market intelligence and competitive landscape mapping
Provide feedback on trade and competitors’ market developments to ensure company stay relevant & competitive
Lead the activation key launches, campaigns and collaborations across ecommerce platforms for impactful brand presence
Close collaboration with total marketing team to build and nurture funnels from leads to conversion

Constant learning within departments / functions during the 6 months MT program
Active participation in strategic planning process, including developing goals, objectives, and processes for the marketing team.
Development of channel management strategies and managing various e-commerce platforms.
Ensuring Porcelain to stay ahead of its competition.
