- Greeting customers on the sales floor and performs a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.
- Building rapport with customers, meeting prospects, greeting on drop-ins, recommending promotions and packages from CARRO
- Explaining features, demonstrates the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on road to customer research availability of models.
- Delivers, familiarizes the customer with the vehicle, negotiates price, trade-in allowance, discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of the vehicle.
- Enhance reputation by accepting ownership to accomplish new and different requests.
- Able to meet KPI to align with CARRO to achieve success to business goals.
*Average Current Sales Executive Monthly income ranges from $6k-$8k with the commission
