Partner with multinational corporate clients to provide the best staffing solution.
Identify talents who may be a good fit for the company culture and business
Manage full cycle recruiting process for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience when driving the offer process, onboarding/offboarding
Build candidate pipelines
Update the candidate regarding his/ her interview outcome and recruitment process in a timely manner
Work collaboratively in a team to achieve targets
