Chief of Staff

This is an excellent opportunity for a top tier Strategy Consultant to transition into an emerging Consumer organisation as their Chief of Staff.

Responsibilities
As a strategic and commercial advisor to the Senior Leadership team, this is an agile, multi-faceted role where you will assume responsbilities encompassing (but not limited to): corporate strategy, business development, M&A and transformation. As the organisation strives to keep pace with evolving consumer dynamics, you will be actively involved in charting the future directions and driving monetisation intiatives for the hyper-growth organisation. Ideally, you will have 4 to 8 years of experience in one of the following fields:
1) Strategy Consultant, with a top tier management consulting firm. Consumer/ TMT exposure a plus; OR
2) Corporate Strategy/ Development/ M&A, with Consumer/ TMT organisations and initial training as a strategy consultant.

You have a track record in identifying business trends, providing sound recommendations and establishing relationships with senior business stakeholders. Prior international work experience would be highly valued. To succeed in this role, you will be described as agile, proactive, commercial and resilient.
