Duties and Responsibilities:

Report to Head of Capital Markets and be part of the transactional team covering domestic and regional clients seeking investments in Singapore.
Proactive Business Development and ability to source transaction opportunities (across various sectors)
Key Account CRM (Client relationship management) – managing of existing and prospective investors
Originating, Structuring and Executing of Singapore Transactions (Buy and Sell Side Advisory)
Drive revenue and team performance
Job Requirement

At least 10 years of work experience in commercial real estate, executing transactions (investments, Joint Venture, capital partnering or similar).
Bachelor’s Degree in business, real estate, finance, accounting or related field
Self-motivating individual who is detail-oriented, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to analyse qualitative and quantitative information and translate into strategic deliverables
Knowledge and relationship with Singapore focused investors and developers
Excellent analytical and financial analysis skill
