ResponsibilitiesYou will be the right-hand person to the CFO and be responsible for all areas in Finance including accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, job costing, partnership compliance and private and institutional financing. The ideal candidate will drive transformations through best-in-class finance service delivery model solutions. You will be required to adopt an innovative and entrepreneurial mentality, relentlessly seeking innovative methodologies and technologies from within the institution and across the external environment and industry.
Specifically spearheading multiple teams in the active execution of engagements to help ensure compliance, supports initiative teams with skills in process excellence, project management, facilitation, problem solving, accelerating transformation and value creation to drive toward required outcomes.
Surfaces capacity, pacing, resourcing issues and any other red flag issues needing leadership attention. Utilize technical and financial operation/transformation knowledge to identify complex issues, broaden relationships and develop a reputation as a thought leader.
Designs, constructs, and executes analyses to understand root cause and make recommendations to the leadership team (people, process technology).
Leads the strategy and vision around the development of future-state process flows and service delivery models to ensure value realization is achieved.
Leads cross-organizational teams of internal leaders, specialists, and advisory partners, to assess finance operations and shared service organizations.
Drives identification of organizational and workflow changes that align with the vision of future-state delivery models.
Leads change and improvement outcomes, including; financial and operational outcomes
Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established into holistic change management strategies
Gives advice and counsels leaders in order ensure the steps, tracking and expectations are consistent.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the decisions and performance related to the change request.
Conducting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
