Eyeota seeks a talented and resourceful Business Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing Programmatic Audience Data business. Eyeota has seen 66% YoY growth for audience data globally and within key verticals, the growth is even more significant.
We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful person who is inspired by problem-solving, continuous iteration, and improvement, and who enjoys systems that support business processes. This role will be assisting in our reporting, the management of marketing systems, and more. The role is part product development, part system admin, and part operations expert. You will be involved in operational decisions and discussions across many areas of the business and play a key role in ensuring the business is efficient and scalable.

Serve as Salesforce Administrator, which includesImplementing new workflows, dashboards, campaigns and conducting necessary training for them
Troubleshooting Salesforce issues
Monitor ticketing systems and processes that support central functions such as data operations, client services, sales and supply account management, and privacy
Collecting feedback from users and optimizing existing systems based on those

Assist in design, documentation and implementation of business workflows and procedures, with focus on automation and processes that require limited manual interventionInvestigate, review and make well-balanced proposals on which tools and systems to implement with an eye for cost, simplification and low maintenance
Set up and deploy new tools across the business
Assist in planning and conducting training for relevant teams on new tools and processes
Keep track and update active internal business process documentation

Stay up to date on new trends in marketing and sales systems and processes
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Speak and write English fluently
Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
Ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly-evolving team environment
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in an organized fashion with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
Desired Skills and Experience
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Self-motivated to solve problems
Good at interrogating, documenting and understanding processes
High standards of professionalism
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships
Interest in understanding digital advertising, media agency business models, online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real-time bidding
Knowledge of any of these languages Python, JavaScript, SOQL, APEX and REST is good to have!
Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, JIRA and HubSpot is good to have!
