Game Server Customer Support

We are looking for an individual with experience playing games such as Minecraft to handle customer support queries for our game server hosting company from 8:30AM - 5:30PM SGT.

Requirements:

-Native English speaker
-Experience playing games like Minecraft, Ark, CS:GO, etc.
-Able to quickly pick up technical queries and troubleshoot issues
-Proactive in making suggestions about improving our service
-Reliable internet connectivity to handle live chat queries

The volume of queries is fairly low during our overnight hours in North America, so as long as you are available to answer a chat when it comes in, you will be able to work on other things when you have free time. This would be a good project for someone who is already at their PC during these hours and would like some extra income.
