Job Description

Generate leads by prospecting through different mediums and create a targeted prospect list.
Discover new business opportunities. Evaluate and qualify opportunities.
Work together with the management team to evaluate market needs and targeted accounts.
Develop and implement sales plans with guidance from the management team.
Develop and present custom solution proposals and presentations to the clients to close the deal.
Coordinate with customers and the respective internal development team to ensure quality and delivery commitments are met.
Ability to multi-task and to work in a dynamic, fast-changing entrepreneurial environment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
Take a proactive position in understanding client needs and corporate partnering.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
Job Requirement
A strong passion for sales in IT Industry and able to drive the sales process from prospecting closing the deal.
Strong Communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Ability to open new enterprise accounts by engaging at senior level and decision makers.
Proactive and self -motivated, should be able to work under minimum supervision.
Ability to work with sales and marketing team.
A good hunting mentality and resilience towards rejection.
Demonstrated success in winning new business.
Willing to travel around Singapore to meet customers.
