Checking in on dinning customers to enquire about food quality and service.
Monitoring supermarket inventory, ensuring all products and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
Ensure supermarket products are stocked, displays are neat and attractive, priced correctly and displayed in a safe manner.
Reviewing customers feedbacks to develop and implement ways to improve customer service.
Resolving customer complaints in timely and professional manner.
