1. Follow up with existing clients through phone, emails & texts to ensure outstanding or delinquent amounts are paid in a timely manner.
2. Review Accounts & prescribe the next action sequence.
3. Reporting and alerting managers to any exceptional and troublesome consumers and applying reasonable steps to reduce delinquent accounts.
4. Authenticate payments & receipts are updated through the Customer Relationship Management Software.
5. Perform credit checks and analysis for new clients and regular credit purview for existing clients.
6. Maintain good relationships with clients.
