Job Description

Part-timers & Freelancers are welcomed to apply this Full time position
1) Preparation of paperwork for customer

2) Submission of customer info to finance partner companies

3) Liaise with logistic partner for delivery scheduling

4) Liaise with Fuji Xerox or internal IT department to arrange photocopier installation and training

5) Handle Internal and external service agreement,leasing agreement, finance documents scanning,filling and

mailing

6) Cover reception duties and answer phone calls

7) Any other ad-hoc general administrative duties as assigned by management

Job Requirement
1) Cheerful attitude,scrupulous and patient

2) Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel & Word

3) Diploma in business administration or equivalent

4) Good verbal communication skills in mandarin chinese

5) At least 1 year working experience as an admin

6) Effectively communicate and collaborate with adiverse range of people and job functions

7) English proficiency is a must
