Work closely with Sales to prepare proposal and quotations for customers.
Liaise with customers on their requirements after receiving the sales order.
Prepare design according to customer's requirements and to obtain customer's approval prior production.
Prepare drawings for Production and check availability of raw materials and paints required. To procure materials and paints where required.
Hand design and technical drawings to Production and highlight material requirements and timelines.
for printing and installation.
Constantly check quality of work-in-progress during the production phase until the finished product is ready for delivery and/or installation.
Prepare Delivery Order and work closely with the Project Manager and team to ensure timely delivery and installation and conduct final inspection of the finished installation.
Take photos of finished installed product and save all designs, drawings and photos into the shared folder in the Server.
Liaise with the Finance department to send invoice to the customer for the completed work.
Assist to design of marketing materials such as logos, flyers, brochures, wall painting, signs, background, etc.
Require to superimpose graphics into site photo and conduct re-tracing of logos and artwork as and when required.
Any other ad-hoc duties or projects as and when assigned by the Project Manager or Managing Director.
