Electronics Design Engineer

Design custom electronics based on existing circuits and requirements
Design schematics for analog or mixed-signal or digital circuits using PCB layout including soldering
Design hardware or software-based tools to support product validation and manufacturing
Assemble and test new products including circuit boards, electromechanical devices and assemblies
Reverse engineer existing circuit designs, create schematics, circuit layout and bill of materials
Oversee and coordinate prototype and execute test programs 



 

Knowledge of circuit board design, processors, analog and digital circuitry, power electronics, computer hardware and software
Experience in soldering and desoldering both through-hole and surface mount components
Experience in troubleshooting, repairing and testing electronics and electromechanical devices
Experience in schematic capture and PCB layout software

Degree in Electrical Engineering
