The Opportunity Adecco is partnering our client, a foreign-based MNC in the banking industry We are in search of a admin officer to support a senior stakeholder in performing data entry tasks, and potentially call back duties in the future A successful applicant must be proactive and possess self-initiative. He or she must also be a fast learner with positive working attitude. Central working location Job Description - Perform Static Data Maintenance - Prepare Audit confirmation reports - Scanning and filing of client documentation - Any other duties assigned
Job Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative work / call centre environment - Basic knowledge and skills in Excel and PowerPoint - Proficiency in V-lookup a plus- can be trained - Knowledge with G24 a plus- can be trained
