Job Description
- Planning and project management of new or existing mobile payment services, including technology selection, capacity planning, service rollout and service performance management, etc. - Work with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing and Engineering in the requirements compilation and clarification. - Liaising and coordinating with system vendor(s)/service provider(s) for end to end service testing and troubleshooting, including network troubleshooting & testing documentation - Plan the near and long term network architecture and capacity needs for Singtel Dash. - Commercial and technical negotiation with existing and potential vendors - Engage regional counterparts to identify and realise cost and operational synergies - Manage and provides support during the yearly and ad-hoc audit review responsible to ensure systems are in an optimal state for the Mobile Commence and Financial Services, meeting service level KPIs, satisfactory customer level and regulatory standards and requirements - Build and implement a strategy to adopt industry best practices with mFinance industry; - Influence capital plan to fill gaps in planning space; - Document current processes, business requirements and deploy improvements; - Develop and deploy metrics to measure quality of service and adherence to SLAs
Job Requirement
- Maintain skills to provide appropriate support for third and fourth level support, skilled and available to provide operational support and perform remedial activities and to provide stable test environments - Promote and champion the introduction of innovative approaches, methods and technologies for mobile money. - Continual improvement by reviewing metrics and outcomes and incorporate feedback provided in testing results
