Job Description

- Attend to customers' enquiries relating to life and health insurance - Follow up on customers' complaints and appeals closely, giving them timely updates and prompt resolution - Provide feedback proactively to make work processes more efficient or to enhance customer experience - Work on projects and assignments that are assigned to you
Job Requirement
- Obtained a diploma or degree in any field - Relevant insurance qualifications (such as Certificate in Health Insurance, CMFAS M5 and M9) will be a plus - Have at least 1 year of customer service experience. Insurance industry experience will be advantageous - Be passionate about helping customers, have patience in listening to customers - Able to remain composed in the face of challenges
