Finance Manager

· Hands-on manager to lead the accounts team in handling AR, AP, full set and commission calculation · Liase with externall accountant, auditor, company secretary and banks · Preparations of quarterly GST submission · Ensure accurate entry data entry of accounting records into account system · Other Accounts and finance admin duties assigned by director · Ad Hoc project

· Degree, Finance/ Accountancy or ACCA with minimum 7 years of relevant experiences in AP, AR and commission calculation · Prior HR experience is a plus · Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (Able to communicate effectively with English and Mandarin speaking associates / stakeholders in regards with the GST filing, accounting and other financial matters) · Proficient in MYOB and Microsoft Office will be an advantagous · Independent, diligent, meticulous and able to interact and work with people of all levels · Immediate starter or short notice preferred
