Product Testing With Survey

Survey details An online survey for a web-based software (Using mobile phone & browser) that pays SGD$18/hr. **The survey will strictly be one hour only** Timeslot: 2 pm - 5 pm weekdays (Dates to be shared with shortlisted candidates.) Duration: 1 hr only Survey format 10 min - Survey briefing over Google Meet Video call 30 min - A test link will be shared for you to walk through the use of the product. 20 min - Video chat survey and feedback and wrapup. In view of the COVID situation, the survey will be conducted online hence the following technical requirements are required: 01 x Desktop with webcam and internet browser - For Google Meet survey briefing 01 x Mobile Phone (iOS/Android) - For product testing Google Meet app to be pre-installed on mobile Gmail account (For Google Meet) Pay SGD$18/hour FAQ 1: Do I need to be on video? Yes. This is mainly for the purpose of communication as we would in a Face-to-face setting. The video chat would help the client pick up facial cues if you were confused at any stage. FAQ 2: Do I need to use desktop together with mobile? Yes. The desktop is mainly for the video call while the mobile is to walk through the product test link.

You must have worked in a customer-facing role within F&B (Eg McDonald’s, restaurants) or a retail (Eg retail sales) establishment in the last 5 years. The role must be based in Singapore. You must be able to converse in English.
