Job Description
Responsible for search optimization, traffic and campaign onsite operations and GMV performance within the General Merchandise Category Responsible for guided customer sales, collection and customer engagement tools performance Category lead for preparation of all mega, brand campaigns and relevant regional campaigns Work directly with marketing, traffic and commercial channel leads to drive performance Establish and maintain processes to communicate and share best practices across organization Development of campaign post-mortems to guide future campaign optimization Experiment with new initiatives to engage new sellers and attract new customers Work closely with off-shore merchandiser for campaign production and execution
Job Requirement
Highly energetic, self-motivated and proactive with a passion for e-Commerce & digital marketing Bachelor degree in Marketing, Consumer behaviour or related field Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines Exceptional English written and verbal communication skills At least 6-8 years of experience in Marketing or Campaign Operations management Knowledge of online marketing a plus Strong data analysis skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Organized and structured, ability to identify business needs
